There I was — trying to figure out how to grow my money safely and make it work harder for me. I wanted to invest, but I didn’t see many women talking openly about how they were doing it. When I discovered private money lending, I knew I’d found something powerful but I remembered how confusing and intimidating it felt at first.

So I started Grow With Leila — a space to share what I was learning, interview other women lenders, and demystify the process for anyone just beginning.

After twenty-six episodes, dozens of candid conversations, and countless lessons shared, I decided to sunset the show and focus on new projects. But I’m leaving this archive right here — for you, and for every woman coming up behind me.

When I started, I wished I’d had a resource like this — a place where women shared what really worked, what didn’t, and what they learned along the way. I’ve been lucky to have learned from so many generous women and I know that I'm standing on their shoulders.

I’m still actively lending today, and my hope is that what you find here helps give you a leg up, too — helping you lend with clarity, confidence, and courage.
